1. Order Cancellations by Customers
- Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been dispatched.

- Once the cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
2. Cancellation by Sun Solar Power India
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, inaccurate product/pricing information, or issues with payment authorization.
- In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payments already made will be refunded in full.
3. Orders Already Shipped
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- However, customers may still request a return or refund after receiving the product, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. Customized or Special Orders
- Orders for customized, made-to-order, or special solar products (such as tailored solar panel setups or battery configurations) cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
- Please confirm all details before placing such orders.
5. Refund Timelines for Canceled Orders
- For successful cancellations, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 working days and credited back to your original payment method, as per banking and payment gateway rules.
