3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, customers must:

- Provide order details, proof of purchase, and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
- Return the product in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase
(credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet transfer).
In some cases, refund timelines may depend on your bank’s processing cycle.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs when returning a product,
unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective product).
