3. Payment Confirmation

4. Failed or Pending Transactions
In case of a failed or pending transaction:
- If money has been deducted but the order is not confirmed, the deducted amount will be refunded back to your account within 7-10 working days by your bank/payment provider.
- Please do not attempt multiple payments until you receive confirmation, to avoid duplication.
5. Advance Payment
For certain high-value or customized solar solutions, advance payment may be required to confirm your order. Such payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST and other statutory taxes, unless mentioned otherwise. Shipping and installation charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
