5) Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via reputed couriers/speed post across India. Tracking details are shared where available.
- Dispatch typically occurs within 2–5 business days post-payment; delivery timelines vary by location.
- Delays due to courier operations, strikes, or natural events are beyond our control.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.
6) Installation & Usage
Installation may be provided by us or authorized partners (separate charges may apply).
Customers must ensure site readiness, proper electrical and structural provisions, and adhere to
user manuals and safety guidelines for optimal performance and warranty preservation.
7) Warranty
- Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified in their respective documents.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects; it excludes damage due to mishandling, improper installation,
unauthorized repairs, power surges, accidents, or natural calamities.
- Keep original invoice/warranty card to raise a warranty claim.
8) Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

subsidies/documentation related to installation and operation of solar systems, unless explicitly included in our scope.

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control,
including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts at Charkhi Dadri, Haryana.
